Summary: We had a early flight so the price was good. the only issue is the noise. but with any hotel in a big city you will have noise.

Summary: I stayed 2 nights at the Delta Aurola with my family. The staff and their client service approach were remarkable. The Delta Aurola loses points in terms of cleanliness and comfort. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, there was a strong smell of damp and humidity. The rooms and halls have carpets, which do not help. We had to ask for a room change, and still, we felt like we were covered in humid sheets despite the AC and temperature control. Also, the place needs renovations as the installations were outdated, and some were mouldy. The buffet was good. Again, the service was friendly, very helpful and always with a smile.

Summary: The location was ideal for getting around San José. Shopping and Cultural aspects were all within walking distance. The area felt safe, and you could easily traverse at night. The hotel dining left a lot to be desired, and more menu options or daily adjustments to the menu would be an asset.

Summary: They are doing renovations in the whole building. We walked into our room and it smelled musty and everything was damp. We sat on the bed and felt like the sheets were wet. The room was extremely humid and the AC didn't work. We tried to call to the front desk and the phone didn't work. The food and drinks at the bar were not great. We waited an hour for pizza and boneless wings. We stayed at two other much less expensive places on our trip that was much better in all ways. We expected at least that from a Marriot.

Summary: This was a great hotel in the middle of everything in San Jose. The rooms were clean, although the one we stayed in did have a musty smell. The breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Parking was easy. The area around the hotel was good. This is the middle of a huge city, so there are always big city issues. We would stay at this hotel again.
